What You'll Do:
As a Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement, our care centers will rely on your expertise regarding the Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM), ensuring compliance and optimizing revenue reimbursement for the delivery of high-quality care.
Your work will have significant impacts on the quality of life for our guests both present and future.
Key
Responsibilities:
Promote the capturing of clinical reimbursement for services while ensuring highest level of revenue integrityProvide timely guidance and support of the facility clinical reimbursement and MDS teamCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to gather relevant clinical dataEnsure accurate and compliant documentation for reimbursement purposesStay updated on changes in reimbursement regulations and implement necessary adjustmentsPerform consistent, focused data mining throughout assigned regionTrend and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization in reimbursement processesParticipate in the hiring, orientation and continuing education of MDS coordinators and other IDT membersProvide ongoing education and communication to the Administrators, MDS and other clinical staffIf you are passionate about making a real difference in people's lives in an environment where your expertise and dedication are valued and appreciated, we invite you to join our team as a Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement.

What You'll Bring:
Qualifications of a Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement include:
Proven expertise in PDPM, ICD-10 coding and Quality MeasuresRegistered nurse with 3
years reimbursement or similar experience in the LTC industryAbility to travel >50%, covering multiple facilities in CT, with opportunity to work remotely as well Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple facilities concurrentlyExperience with current EMR software a preferred; general PC software proficiency requiredExcellent interpersonal and communication skills - written, verbal and presentation skills to collaborate and influence across departmentsDeadline driven, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical capabilitiesFamiliar with state and federal regulations governing the MDS and billing processes within a nursing facilityInterest in the needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with bothAbility to work effectively in a team environment-:
