Job Responsibilities Check part dimensions against blueprint specifications using appropriate measuring tools.
Check job processing against work order and blueprint instructions ensuring no missed operations.
Perform receiving inspection Shares responsibility for all tooling and monitoring its maintenance, calibration etc.
Work in an ISO 9001:
2015 environment, documenting relevant information in the QC system.
Ability to communicate with concerned parties to address any issues that may occur.
Assist machine operators with checking product while on machines.
Skills & Qualifications Experience in a job shop environment, Low Volume/High Mix -Not a production environment Ability to report and document in clear and precise manner Ability to perform surface plate lay-out inspection and CMM experience a plus Minimum 3 years' experience.
References Required 1 st shift, excellent benefits which include medical, dental, life, short term disability and 401K with generous match.
Paid holidays and vacation time.
Must be willing to work additional OT when necessary.
