Some minor paint loss and could be cleaned up. Structurally sound and functional. Location: bottom floor Sometimes shipping is cheaper than Ebay's estimate for larger and/or heavier items so will refund accordingly. There are very few items in perfect condition that have been used and have stood the test of time. Just about all of them show some signs of use and wear.
